ZEISS FOR EYE CARE PROFESSIONALS

ZEISS EnergizeMe Lenses

Help customers to refresh their tired eyes after wearing contact lenses.

The new generation doesn't want to choose between contact lenses or eyeglass lenses – they opt for both. ZEISS EnergizeMe Eyeglass Lenses were specifically created to support your customers who wear contact lenses, so they can continue to wear spectacles too.

  • Wide field of view and comfortable vision
  • Ensures clear and sharp vision
  • Prevents further eye strain

Why did ZEISS develop EnergizeMe Lenses?

An innovative, one-of-a-kind eyeglass lens solution, specially designed to address the vision needs of your customers who wear contact lenses.

  • > 65%

of contact lens wearers use eyeglasses every day.1

  • 5x

Contact lens wearers are 5 times more likely to report dry eyes.2

  • 125 Million

people worldwide wear contact lenses to correct common vision problems.3

Your customers who wear contact lenses have unique visual needs.

  • The extensive use of contact lenses can cause the user to suffer from contact lens discomfort. Many symptoms are similar to digital eye strain.
  • It can be assumed that using contact lenses for longer than prescribed periods, together with extensive usage of digital devices, will amplify ocular tiredness, vision stress and discomfort.
  • Conventional eyeglass lenses are not made to provide refreshment after prolonged contact lens wear.

Uniquely designed lenses to refresh your customers’ eyes after contact lens wear.

ZEISS EnergizeMe Lenses are a unique combination of a new lens design, innovative technology and a high-quality coating to help tired eyes relax and prevent further eye strain caused by the use of digital devices.

The three cornerstones ZEISS EnergizeMe Lenses are built on:

  1. EnergizeMe Design
  2. Digital Inside® Technology
  3. DuraVision® BlueProtect
Design & Technology

ZEISS EnergizeMe Design

A special design optimized to the specific vision patterns of contact lens wearers, thus reducing eye fatigue after removing contact lenses.

  • It mirrors the customer's intentional and intermittent visual behavior, balancing the movement of head and eyes.
  • This way their eyes can easily move between different distances, providing wide and relaxing vision.
  • The distribution of the blur zones is designed to facilitate the transition from contact lenses to eyeglasses.

Digital Inside® Technology by ZEISS

Developed and incorporated into ZEISS EnergizeMe Lenses for the use of digital devices requiring a shorter reading distance (35 cm). The reading zone is optimized to enable more effortless viewing of print media and digital devices, alleviating symptoms that many customers associate with reading at close distances.

It delivers:

  • Strain-free and sharp vision for print media and digital device usage.
  • Reduce symptoms of digital eye strain.
  • Improves dynamic viewing experience.

DuraVision® BlueProtect by ZEISS

Incorporated into all ZEISS EnergizeMe Lenses, ZEISS DuraVision BlueProtect UV coating specifically decreases the amount of blue light transmitted through the lens. This anti-reflective coating is designed to reduce reflections from screens and to prevent further eye strain customers may experience caused by the blue light emitted by digital screens and artificial light.

The key benefits for contact lens wearers are:

  • Increases customer’s ocular comfort and hence reduces symptoms of digital eye strain and dry eyes.
  • Improves the visual experience for the customer when working on digital devices.
  • Reduces perceived dazzle.

Specifically designed for and tested on contact lens wearers.

Market research proves high satisfaction among customers.
  • 92%

Trusted by wearers, as 92% of testers feel refreshed with ZEISS EnergizeMe Lenses.4

  • 66%

Almost 2 out of 3 contact lens wearers who tried ZEISS EnergizeMe Lenses prefer it over other eyeglass lenses.5

  • 85%

Market research shows that 85% of ECPs intend to sell ZEISS EnergizeMe Lenses. 6

ZEISS EnergizeMe is a unique product on the market with very easy adaptation with a noticeable difference to conventional lenses.
